We know there’s a huge choice of companies out there who will offer to build your arena, manege, lunge pen or gallops. We know that the prices you will be quoted will vary massively. We also know that the quality of the finished article will vary massively and that cheapest doesn’t always mean best value in the long term. Time and again we’re asked to put right a cheap, badly put together arena or surface that has gone wrong. So our best advice to you is: build it correctly from the outset – it will save you time and money in the long run.

At Leisure Ride we specialise in riding arena construction, including gallops and lunge pens plus our unique range of top performing surfaces, wax additives and fibre. It’s our passion and comes from many years of our family business of civil construction coupled with coming from a family devoted to horses and horse sports. We build and use our own arenas at our family farm, and these are used non-stop with high traffic for affiliated and unaffiliated competitions. We know they will stand up to the rigours of heavy usage and weather and look great even after years of use.
